About Agapé Christian Counseling Center, Inc.

Iesha HartwellIesha HartwellAgapé Christian Counseling Center (ACCC) is founded and directed by Ieshea Hartwell, a New Orleans native  who wants to bring the pages of the Holy Bible to life by teaching others  how to love themselves, how to restore faith in God, and how to hope for a better future. She is a Christian woman, a U.S. Army Veteran, a devoted wife, a hands-on mother, a loyal friend, a hard worker, and a tireless aide in doing God’s work. Ieshea’s difficult past and her longing for normalcy lead her to God and she wanted to help others overcome their obstacles. After leaving the U.S. Army, she enrolled in college and began the behind-the-scenes journey of creating ACCC.

She is a professional member of the , American, Georgia, and National Christian Counselor’s Association

Ieshea developed ACCC to equip individuals, couples, and groups with the necessary skills to not allow their past to dictate their future and embrace their current circumstances with the armor of Christian-based values and scriptures. Right after ACCC’s initial developments, unbeknownst to Ieshea’s Pastor, he approached her and her husband to teach Marriage Enrichment classes and Bible Study classes for Married Couples at their church; that was the confirmation that she was walking into the right direction. Ieshea’s vision through ACCC is to empower adult individuals, couples, and groups with the necessary skills that will allow them to effectively embrace their future. Agapé believes no problem or concern is too small. As a result, they execute innovative strategies to help their clients produce desirable actions that will someday lead to a healthy and productive life style. ACCC is dedicated to its clients and people within the community. Through the various seminars, therapeutic groups, counseling, and consulting services, the center strives to keep the public up-to-date about the various needs of the people within our local community. Their services and uniquely designed programs are structured to strengthen and increase self-esteem, self-respect, and the value of self-worth while promoting a healthy living environment. Now, Ieshea wants the clients of ACCC, to know that all of life’s challenges can be conquered with love “Three things will last forever– faith, hope, and love — and the greatest of these is love.” 1Corinthians13:13
